I advise a master student at Cásper Líbero College,Brazil, named Marcelo Godoy, who promotes MOBILEFEST - International Festivalof Mobile Art and Creativity – in São Paulo.
Godoy wants to discuss the vision of artists andresearchers for mobile media 10 years ago. He assumes that before the advent ofIPhone and Android, not to mention Facebook and Google's supremacy, activitiesworldwide in the fields of education, learning, art and democracy involvingmobile media were freer, embryonic and, in some measure, even naïve.
Godoy also would like to approach what is happeningright now with mobile media.
Can anyone please recommend me a Centre of expertisein mobile technology and advise me about scholarships? Godoy would like to be avisiting graduate student abroad.
