OK. One counter story :
I was showing a few years ago computer animations from the
late 80's to a group of students. They looked bored, kind of
'OK, let's listen to her enthusiasm, she is the teacher,
what can we do". So, I asked them to express themselves. One
student said : "This is a bit outdated, right ?" and another
one answered "yeah, but you would be unable to do it".
Which, actually, was exactly true ...
