Re: [Yasmin_discussions] The Arts in the Context of Darwinian Theory of Evolution Today

Dear subscribers,

Formerly I had subscribed on the yasmine list, then there was the war
in Lebanon. When the list was back to normal again, I did not know if
it was necessary to confirm our registratio ; however it seems to me
that I was not any more registered but I did not follow to receive it.
Thus I have just subscribed again to the list under my gmail email
address and I greet you.

What notified me from a friend's alert is the global thematic proposed
by Roger Malina on The Arts in the Context Darwinian Theory of
Evolution Today. The reason of my attention is that from my part as
publisher of a thematic review online and publisher of some print
books I am currently reflecting about the revolution of the thought of
the biological life which places the genetic theory in a relative
measure but not more paradygmatic. The question of stochasticity as
predictable paradigm makes idelological problem because human appears
a random diposition of the species out of any finalism.

As our friends say: the muslim fundamentalism does not agree this new
scientific vision, but more: what is very important to know is that as
well fundamentalist christians as welll current christians do not more
appreciate this theory of the life even in France where although we
have one of the state-of-the-art research in this field, such as the
biologist and epistemologist of Science Jean-Jacques Kupiec who have
just a book out titled "The Origin of Individuals" which the
anglophone version is  @ World scientific since March of 2009 and the
French version L'origine des individus @ Fayard since November of
2008. I have the chance to share something from Art and Poetry and
from Philosophy, about sciences from him, and we walk a bit together
for an event or a meeting sometimes.

At this point I can say that there is another problem which is not
ideological but hierarchical: the question of academics power in
certain countries such as ours one, power which is built on the
aristotelian frame that is following in reductionnist view of the
knowledge and of the scientific experiments... where genetics have
structured professional offices, public honors, money, industry and so
on... Because Molecular Biology works with The physics of particles,
and these two sciences walking together.needs personnalities who can
agree this mutual reverse from a field to another one. They are
several among whom from the USA and from Brittany who share the works
with the French team, but not a lot.

There is another reality which awards the heteronomy and the hetero
organization instead if autonomy and self organization, what confers
to the multitudes (diversity and singularity of the multiple),
cognitive knowledge, cognitive education and so on...

It can perfectly reveal the predictable relevance of the Queer theory.
