[Yasmin_discussions] e-Bohmian Dialogue

It is great that our current yasmin discussion is well
engaged- there are about ten discussion emails waiting
to be approved-so it will take a few days for some of these to
appear-do not despair ! we try to approve them slowly so people
actually have time to read them before another one comes in !
With time zone asynchronicities some of us have to read in
our sleep !!

More seriously- on line asynchronous discussion is an
aquired skill= we try to practice Bohmian Dialogue techniques on YAsmin

" is proposed that a form of free dialogue may well be one of the
most effective ways of investigating the crisis which faces society,
and indeed the whole of human nature and consciousness today.
Moreover, it may turn out that such a form of free exchange of ideas
and information is of fundamental relevance for transforming culture
and freeing it of destructive misinformation, so that creativity can
be liberated."
David Bohm

glenn smith left us with this optimistic prognosis !

In short, my friends, the forces of enlightenment are on the
march; and as my own small contribution -- i.e., here comes the
customary plug! -- may I note my recently published essay
"Swing Low, Sweet Chariot: Kinetic Sculpture and the Crisis
of Western Technocentrism"
( ) which has its own
take on the nexus of art, science, and history?

so on with our e-bohmian dialogue- but e-alcohol and e-setting suns
just dont do it- why is on line life so poor in creature comforts !
