Indeed :-)

Me also. Although it seems to be important to the "real" synesthetes that
they are taken seriously by science, specially neuroscience, sometimes I
wonder if it wouldn't be much more important to try to notice how their
singular ways of perceiving make meaning of reality in a particular way, and
how such meanings can find their way inside a culture, mainly normalized by
certain perceptual codes.
