Re: [Yasmin_discussions] ARTISTS AS INVENTORS ON YASMIN --- Moderator's Introduction

Dear All,

As a painter with a former long career as a dancer, I am especially
interested in the portion of the definition of invention (Webster)
that begins "process originated after study and experimentation".

The tinkering until a coherent or integrated expression of a process is
derived is what choreography is, and I would argue, is also what makes a
vital (living) painting, drawing, or installation.
