i don't know if you are aware about the conflict between this important event and the Melbourne Cup ( horse race ) starting from the 3rd of November? Which means very expansive flights, hotels etc.
We, at Donau University, Austria, Image science section, Media Art, were tempted to go there but considering canceling because of the high costs at that period.
