yes all of your examples are not yet a cyborg but as years will pass
they will surely be transforming more nearer to cyborgs however
if they may start making accidental and/or instinctal mistakes
then will be like some degree ethnic cyborgs suddenly as a happy
utopia -thankfully indeed- plus possibly
